Invoices inone minutenot one hour
Create, send and get paid — with a system built around how Georgian business actually works.
A familiar problem
Time spent on invoices does not grow your business
Spreadsheets and manual entry
Every invoice starts by copying the last one. One wrong number and your records stop adding up.
Working out VAT by hand
Calculating 18% and double-checking every invoice eats time and leaves room for error.
Chasing payment
Overdue invoices get remembered manually — or not at all.

How it works
Everything in one place
From issuing the invoice to getting paid, every step lives in one system. Pick a step to see what it looks like.
Pick a client, add your services. VAT at 18% and the total work themselves out, and the ID code has a standard field.
The invoice goes to the Revenue Service as you issue it, and its confirmation status shows on the invoice itself.
Set the schedule once for a monthly client, and the invoice issues itself from then on.
Your client gets a branded PDF or a link and pays online. You see the status in real time.
By the numbers
Less manual work, more time on the business
VAT, automatic
18% is applied and shown as its own line on the invoice.
Two languages
The same invoice in Georgian and in English.
Manual uploads
No separate login and upload to RS.ge is needed.
Minute to invoice
With a saved client, issuing takes under a minute.
Enter it once, not twice
The invoice is created in your own records and filed with the Revenue Service in the same action. Double entry and the mismatches it causes go away.
Filed to RS.ge automatically
Get paid sooner
Your client gets a link, opens it on their phone and pays. No more copying bank details by hand.
Online payment and reminders
RS.ge, without the separate upload
Filing invoices with the Revenue Service has become a job of its own. Here it is simply part of writing the invoice.
