Four things that make a Georgian invoice different — and what we are building.
Built to the Georgian standard
Invoices in Georgian and English, in lari or other currencies. VAT at 18% is calculated automatically and the identification code (ID) has a standard field.
An invoice should look the way invoices look in Georgia. Bilingual templates, lari as the primary currency, the identification code in a standard field, and VAT that works itself out rather than sitting in a calculator beside you.
Recurring invoices
Monthly clients get invoiced automatically, and overdue reminders send themselves.
If you send the same client the same invoice every month, the system should be doing that. Set the schedule once and the rest follows, including the reminder that goes out when payment slips past its due date.
Clients and payment
A client directory with full history, branded PDFs, shareable links and online payment.
Enter a client once and their history stays with them. Invoices go out as branded PDFs or as a link the client can pay from directly.
RS.ge, without the separate upload
Filing invoices with the Revenue Service has become a job of its own. Here it is simply part of writing the invoice.
Write the invoice as you normally would
The system submits it to RS.ge for you
Confirmation status shows on the invoice itself
