This page explains what invoisebi.ge collects, why, where it is stored and how to have it removed. It covers the public site — the waitlist and the contact form — and the invoicing application itself, including signing in with Google.
What we collect
From the public site: the waitlist form collects your email address (required), your company name and your approximate monthly invoice volume (both optional), and the language you were reading in. The contact form collects your name, email address, company and message. From an account: your name, email address and chosen language, together with everything you enter in order to invoice — your company's details, your customers, your products and the invoices themselves. We ask for nothing we do not need to produce a document or run the service.
Signing in with Google
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google sends us your name, your email address, your profile picture and the identifier Google uses for your account. We request nothing beyond that basic profile and your email address. We have no access to your Gmail, your Drive, your Contacts, your Calendar or any other Google service, and we will not request such access without asking you first. That information is used for one purpose: to create your invoisebi account and to recognise you when you sign in again. It is stored in our own database alongside the rest of your account. We do not sell it, we do not share or transfer it to anyone else, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Deleting your account deletes it.
Why we collect it
Waitlist addresses are used for one purpose: telling you when the product launches. Contact form details are used only to answer your question. Account and business data is used to run the service you signed up for — to produce your invoices, to send them where you ask us to, and to show you your own records. We send no marketing mail and we sell no data.
Where it is stored
Data is held in a PostgreSQL database managed by Supabase. The site runs on Vercel, and email is delivered through Resend. Traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted over HTTPS, access to the database is constrained by row level security, and your records cannot be read from the public site.
Cookies
We use no marketing or analytics cookies. Signing in sets a cookie that keeps you signed in, and a technical cookie remembers which language you are reading in. That is all of them.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are kept until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards. Contact messages are kept for a reasonable period after the exchange ends. Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. If you delete your account, or ask us to delete it, your personal data is deleted with it — invoices already issued may be retained where Georgian law requires a business to keep them.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it entirely — including everything we received from Google. Write to info@invoisebi.ge and we will act on the request within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we will change the date on this page. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders and everybody on the waitlist.
