This page explains what data invoisebi.ge collects, why, and how to have it removed. The site is pre-launch, so at present we process only waitlist signups and contact form messages.
What we collect
The waitlist form collects your email address (required), your company name and approximate monthly invoice volume (both optional), and the language you were using. The contact form collects your name, email address, company and message. We ask for nothing else.
Why we collect it
Waitlist addresses are used for one purpose: telling you when the product launches. Contact form details are used only to answer your question. We do not send marketing mail and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Where it is stored
Data is held in a PostgreSQL database managed by Supabase. Traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted over HTTPS. Access to the database is restricted, and the records cannot be read from the public site.
Cookies
We use no marketing or analytics cookies. A technical cookie may be used to remember your language preference.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are kept until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards. Contact messages are kept for a reasonable period after the exchange ends. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it entirely. Write to the address below and we will act on the request within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we will change the date on this page. If a change is significant, we will tell people on the waitlist.
